Group Classes

Adult basic boxing classes at Big Time Boxing are formatted to not only give our members an understanding of boxing from a physical fitness standpoint but also to teach proper form and boxing fundamentals. Which includes defense, punching in combinations, and foot work. Workouts are set at a pace conducive to building stamina and high calorie burning workouts. This class is designed for all levels of experience, ranging from beginner to skilled. 



Classes are always fun and intense, Matty likes to switch things up so that you don’t get bored of the same routine. I always feel challenged to push myself where I didn’t think I could go and I even in a class full of people I still receive the one on one attention I need. Never a dull moment, by far my favorite workout!
The boot camp boxing class is absolutely amazing! So much fun! I have lost over 20 pounds in the past 2 months working with Matty who is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. He shows hard work & dedication everyday which motivates me to keep pushing past my goals! This gym will become your second home it is absolutely incredible!
I’ve been attending the “Boot Camp Boxing” classes for about a year now! I’ve never been so in shape!!! I look forward to going because the trainer is so awesome!!! He totally knows his stuff and keeps it fun, challenging, & productive all at the same time! I love it!!! Wouldn’t dare go anywhere else!!! I recommend BIG TIME BOXING to anyone who is ready to get in shape & have a good time while doing it!!!
